Most new, unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. For accepted returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. For items returned as a result of an error on our part or because of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 4 weeks of delivering your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund sooner. This 4-week time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item(s) from the shipper (usually 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (usually 5 to 10 business days).

We only ship within the United States.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
